Jesse Poganik, a fourth year graduate student in the Aye Lab, was recently awarded an American Heart Association Predoctoral Fellowship. The objective of the AHA Predoctoral Fellowship is to provide predoctoral students with individualized, mentored research training to initiate careers in cardiovascular and stroke research. Jesse was previously a trainee of the Cornell Chemistry-Biology Interface (CBI) training program.
