Congratulations to the 2021 Merrill Presidential Scholars!

The Department of Chemistry & Chemical Biology congratulates all of the students named in the virtual ceremony May 24 honoring this year’s 37 Merrill Presidential Scholars. The Merrill Presidential Scholars Program honors Cornell University’s most outstanding graduating seniors and the teachers who have played a significant role in ensuring their success. 
This year the program recognized two graduating Chemistry seniors!

Nick Krasnow

Nicholas Krasnow hails from Bedford, New York. He selected Hillary Dowling, his secondary teacher from Fox Lane High School and Ailong Ke, Professor with Cornell's Department of Molecular Biology and Genetics.

Vishal Sundaram

Vishal Sundaram comes to us from Solon, Ohio and selected secondary teacher Nanci Bush from Solon High School and Cornell faculty member Jeanne Moseley from the Division of Nutritional Sciences.
